1. About these terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of neelmani-3.myshopify.com, referred to as the Site, and any purchase made through it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. About Neelmani
Neelmani is a handmade blouse label by LITC, short for Lipstick in the City, and Anu Mishra. It is operated by A R Aviation Solutions Private Limited, registered at Delhi, 110091. GSTIN: 09AAFCA8551J1ZC.

3. Products and how they're made
All products are handmade to order. Product photos are representative. Minor variations in colour, weave, or print placement are natural to handmade textiles and are not defects. Sizes stocked range from 34 to 48 inches at the chest, each with a 4 inch tailoring margin.

4. Pricing and payment
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store your card or payment details. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

5. Order acceptance, cancellation, shipping, and returns
These are governed by our separate Refund and Cancellation Policy and Shipping Policy, both incorporated into these terms by reference.

6. Intellectual property
All content on this Site, including photography, product descriptions, and the Neelmani name and logo, is the property of Neelmani and LITC × Anu Mishra, and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. User conduct
You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

8. Limitation of liability
Neelmani is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or products purchased, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.

10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page.
