Measured flat, in inches. Between sizes? The 4" tailoring margin means most fit adjustments can be made locally after your blouse arrives.
How to measure
Chest — measured around the fullest part, keeping the tape parallel to the floor. Waist — around the natural waistline. Shoulder — across the back, point to point. If you're between sizes, size up: the 4" margin gives a tailor more to work with taking a blouse in than letting it out.
