Shipping policy

Every Neelmani blouse is handmade once you place your order. It isn't shipped from existing stock.

Production time
Please allow 10 to 15 working days for production. This covers cutting, stitching, and finishing by hand, and happens before your order ships.

Delivery time
After production, delivery takes 2 to 5 working days within India, or 7 to 14 working days for international orders. In total, orders typically arrive 12 to 20 working days after they're placed within India, and longer internationally. Public holidays and regional courier delays can extend these windows. If your order is running significantly behind, we'll let you know by email.

Shipping charges
Shipping is free within India on orders above ₹5,000. Domestic orders below ₹5,000 are charged shipping at checkout based on weight and destination. International shipping costs ₹1,500 per 500g, which works out to about two blouses.

Tracking
A tracking link is emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched.

Customs and import duties (international orders)
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility and aren't included in the order total or shipping charge. 

Delivery issues
If a courier can't deliver your order because of an incorrect address, a refused delivery, or unavailability, see our Refund and Cancellation Policy for how this is handled. Reshipping charges may apply, and refunds aren't issued for orders returned to origin for these reasons.
