Made when you order it — not before.
Every Neelmanie blouse is handmade to order. Please allow 10–15 working days for making, plus shipping time. Orders are not dispatched from existing stock — your blouse is made when you place the order.
Shipping
- 2–5 working days domestic after production, 7–14 days international
- Free shipping in India on orders above ₹5,000
- International shipping: ₹1,500 per 500g (approx. 2 blouses per 500g)
- Tracking shared immediately after dispatch
Returns — all sales are final
Neelmanie does not accept exchanges or process refunds under any of the following circumstances:
- Hygiene policy — blouses are handmade to order and cannot be resold.
- Failed delivery / undelivered orders — if a shipment is returned to us because the customer was unavailable, provided an incorrect address, refused to accept delivery, or failed to collect from the courier pickup point, no refund will be issued. Reshipping charges apply if the customer wishes the order to be resent.
- Returned to origin (RTO) — orders returned to origin for any reason attributable to the customer (refusal to accept, incorrect address, non-availability) are not eligible for refund of product price or original shipping charges.
- Neelmanie is not responsible for failure to accept delivery, an incorrect address provided at checkout, or a courier pickup not collected within the courier's holding window.
The 4" alteration margin included on every blouse means sizing adjustments can be made locally by a tailor — this is intentional, and the stated resolution path for fit concerns.
